The human in More Human Marketing

More Human Marketing is Ethan Stueve. Not "led by" — is. One person who runs paid ads, SEO, and AI search visibility for a deliberately small list of clients across the United States.

The name is a position. Marketing keeps automating: the bidding, the targeting, the reporting, and at too many agencies, the attention. Accounts get set up, handed to whoever is cheapest, and summarized by dashboard. The budget keeps moving; nobody is really looking at it.

My belief is that the looking is the job. Software should do the repetitive work, and it does. But noticing that a third of the budget is buying the wrong clicks, that the tracking is lying, that a company is invisible in twenty of its markets — that takes a person reading the account like it's their own money. So that's the service: I look, personally, every week.

how i work

  • You talk to me. The person answering your email is the person in your account. There is no one to be handed off to.
  • Small list, on purpose. Personal attention doesn't scale, which is exactly why it's valuable. I keep the client list small enough that it stays true.
  • Plain reports. Leads and cost per lead, what I changed and why, in English. If a month was bad, the report says so and says what I'm doing about it.
  • Honest recommendations. If the right answer is to spend less, or to not hire me, I'll say that. It costs me the occasional invoice and earns everything else.
  • Show, then tell. The free audit and the market check exist so you can judge the work before paying for any of it.

why every ad has two people in it

The one paying for it and the one seeing it. Most bad marketing comes from forgetting one of them: waste forgets the payer, spam forgets the viewer. I try to respect both. It turns out that's also what works.

where

Remote, US-based, working with clients wherever they are. Everything happens over email and calls, and your accounts stay yours: your ad account, your analytics, your site, with my access granted and revocable by you.

start with something free

The ad audit if you're running ads. The market check if you're not. A plain email works too.
